Paragon collects only personally identifiable information that is voluntarily provided by visitors to the Site. Personally identifiable information (name, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address) is collected online when users voluntarily register on the Site. Paragon uses this personally identifiable information to register users for the continuing education courses it offers on the Site and to send marketing communications from Paragon to your e-mail and/or postal address.

2. Aggregate information
Paragon also collects aggregate information, which is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about you, such as age, gender, types of products or services purchased, frequency of visits to the Site, Site pages you access most frequently or search terms you enter. Aggregate Information is used in a collective manner, and no single person can be identified by that compiled information.
If you purchase a product or service from Paragon, Paragon requests certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. For example, you must provide personally identifiable information such as name, e-mail, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
